Sales Executive

Sales Executive is responsible for generating business for the hotel by developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients identifying new business opportunities and achieving sales targets This role focuses on driving revenue growth through corporate accounts travel agents banquet event sales and other hospitality segments Key Responsibilities Identify qualify and secure business opportunities through direct sales calls networking and client relationship management Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients travel agents and event organizers Achieve monthly and annual sales targets as set by the management Promote hotel services including rooms banquets F B outlets and other facilities Prepare and deliver sales proposals presentations and contracts Conduct market research to identify trends competitor activities and new opportunities Maintain a database of existing and potential clients through CRM tools Coordinate with operations F B and front office teams to ensure client satisfaction Attend industry events exhibitions and trade shows to represent the hotel and generate leads Prepare daily weekly sales reports and submit them to the Sales Manager Director Requirements Bachelor s degree in Hospitality Business Administration or related field preferred Proven experience in sales preferably in hotels resorts or hospitality industry Strong communication negotiation and presentation skills Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales targets Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software Flexibility to work irregular hours including evenings weekends and holidays if required Job Type Full-time Pay 25 000 00 - 30 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Paid sick time Provident Fund
