We’re now looking for a Senior Graphic Designer who can elevate our creative identity across all digital and physical touchpoints. Role Overview We’re seeking a design leader — someone who can take ownership of the Creative & Content Design function, collaborate deeply with marketing, and build a visually compelling brand universe for Conosh. This role goes beyond design execution. You will: ✔ Shape the visual language of Conosh ✔ Build and manage a high-performing design pipeline ✔ Translate marketing briefs into standout creative ✔ Craft emotion-driven storytelling across all platforms ✔ Drive UI/UX vision for our workshops & experience verticals ✔ Lead video direction, editing, and high-speed content production ✔ Ensure brand consistency across every asset Key ResponsibilitiesCreative Direction & Brand Building - Lead the design direction for all Conosh verticals — experiences, workshops, content, and community. - Strengthen and evolve Conosh’s brand identity across digital, print, and experiential mediums. - Understand F&B aesthetics deeply — crafting visuals that evoke emotion, appetite, and aspiration. - Ensure brand consistency across all channels, campaigns, and touchpoints. Cross-functional Collaboration - Work closely with the Marketing Team to interpret campaign briefs, create storyboards, and deliver high-impact creatives. - Plan, manage, and execute monthly creative calendars (organic + sales + campaigns). - Communicate with chefs, partners, and internal teams to understand creative needs and integrate them seamlessly into the design pipeline. Design Production & Content Creation - Produce high-quality designs for social media, ads, websites, presentations, pitch decks, editorial content, and event branding. - Create motion graphics, reels, and short-form videos with strong storytelling and aesthetic finesse. - Deliver quick turnarounds for ad-hoc and real-time content requirements. UI/UX & Digital Product Design - Work on landing pages, workshop pages, sign-up flows, and Conosh’s digital experience. - Collaborate with product teams to ensure clean navigation, clarity, and aesthetics across all user-facing platforms. Department Leadership & Management - Oversee and streamline the entire design workflow. - Manage freelancers or junior team members (when required). - Build systems, processes, and templates for smoother design operations. Skills & QualificationsMust-Have - 3–5 years of design experience (agency or brand-side) with a portfolio demonstrating strong storytelling and brand building. - Expertise in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools. - Strong proficiency in video editing and motion graphics. - Ability to work under tight timelines and manage multiple parallel projects. - Strong sense of aesthetics, typography, layout, and modern design language. - Understanding of social media trends and what drives engagement. - Experience designing for F&B, lifestyle, luxury, hospitality, or related industries (preferred but not mandatory). - Working knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools like Figma. Soft Skills - Emotion-driven designer with strong storytelling instincts. - Great communicator — able to translate briefs into visual concepts. - Highly organised with strong ownership and accountability. - Thinks strategically but executes with speed and precision.
