Job Summary The Front Office Casino Receptionist is responsible for providing exceptional guest service by welcoming patrons managing guest queries handling registrations and maintaining accurate front desk operations across all three shifts The role requires professionalism discretion and excellent communication skills in a fast-paced casino environment Key Responsibilities Greet all guests with courtesy and professionalism Handle guest registration verification of IDs and entry formalities as per casino policies Provide accurate information about casino services promotions and facilities Answer telephone calls manage inquiries and route calls appropriately Maintain daily guest records and shift handover reports Coordinate with security cage and floor operations for smooth guest movement Handle guest complaints calmly and escalate issues to the Duty Manager when required Ensure compliance with all government regulations casino rules and company SOPs Maintain confidentiality of guest information at all times Ensure front desk cleanliness organization and proper functioning of equipment Support crowd management during peak hours Perform shift closing and opening duties including logbook updates Job Type Full-time Pay From 15 000 00 per month Benefits Provident Fund Work Location In person
