Position Overview The Purchase Engineer will be responsible for managing the complete procurement cycle for SSC Controls Pvt. Ltd., ensuring timely availability of materials, maintaining accurate stock levels, coordinating with suppliers and channel partners, and ensuring smooth execution of all purchase-related processes. The role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of industrial purchasing systems. Key Responsibilities: Plan material requirements as per confirmed customer orders Prepare and release Purchase Orders to channel partners and suppliers Track material dispatch and expected acceptance / delivery dates Follow up with suppliers for delivery confirmation and status updates Coordinate with internal teams for order execution and documentation Monitor order status, shortages, and delays and report proactively Maintain procurement and order tracking records in ERP / systems Requirements: 25 years experience in procurement, order planning, or supply coordination Engineering / supply chain background preferred Experience working with channel partners and distributors Knowledge of PO process, delivery tracking, and inventory coordination Strong follow-up, coordination, and documentation skills Join a trusted channel partner with 59+ years of industry presence.
