The Successful Applicant
A successful Chief Executive Officer (CEO) should have:
- A postgraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field.
- Extensive leadership experience in the NBFC industry.
- Should be an existing CEO or Deputy CEO
- Proven track record of driving growth and managing large-scale operations.
- Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements.
- Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to build and lead high-performing teams in a fast-paced environment.
