Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day back office operations including data entry, documentation, and record maintenance.
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of data processed in the back office.
- Support front office teams by providing timely and accurate information.
- Assist in the implementation of operational improvements and process enhancements.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows and improve efficiency.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators related to back office operations.
- Maintain compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Skills and Qualifications
