We are seeking a detail-oriented Back Office Operation professional to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our operations by managing data entry, reconciliation, and various back office tasks to ensure smooth functioning of our business processes.

Responsibilities

- Manage and process back office operations efficiently
- Ensure timely and accurate data entry and record keeping
- Assist in the reconciliation of accounts and financial statements
- Support front office operations by providing necessary documentation and reports
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in transactions and documentation
- Maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency

Skills and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or related field
- 2-10 years of experience in back office operations or similar roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with financial software and databases
