ETP Operations Maintenance 1 Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of the ETP ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and company policies 2 Monitor and analyze plant performance identifying areas for improvement and implementing optimization strategies 3 Supervise and train plant operators and maintenance personnel 4 Ensure proper maintenance of plant equipment instrumentation and control systems Disaster Management 1 Develop and implement emergency response plans for potential disasters e g floods earthquakes chemical spills 2 Conduct regular risk assessments and provide recommendations for mitigating potential hazards 3 Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services during disaster situations 4 Ensure business continuity planning and implementation Zero Liquid Discharge ZLD 1 Implement and maintain ZLD systems to minimize wastewater discharge 2 Monitor and optimize water reuse and recycling processes 3 Develop strategies to reduce water consumption and improve water efficiency 4 Ensure compliance with ZLD regulations and standards Environmental Compliance 1 Ensure compliance with environmental regulations permits and standards 2 Monitor and report on plant performance emissions and waste management 3 Develop and implement environmental policies and procedures 4 Conduct regular audits and inspections Other Responsibilities 1 Budgeting and cost control for ETP operations and maintenance 2 Collaboration with cross-functional teams e g production engineering 3 Reporting to management on ETP performance compliance and initiatives 4 Stay up-to-date with industry trends technologies and best practices Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 35 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Work Location In person
