Job Description Description We are seeking a skilled Data Scientist with experience in the telecom industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will leverage Gen AI technologies and cloud platforms to analyze data and derive actionable insights that will drive business growth and enhance customer satisfaction. Responsibilities - Analyze and interpret complex data sets related to telecom operations and customer behavior. - Develop predictive models using machine learning techniques to enhance customer experiences and optimize network performance. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business challenges and provide data-driven solutions. - Utilize Gen AI tools to automate data analysis processes and improve operational efficiency. - Design and implement data pipelines and ETL processes using Python and SQL. - Visualize and present findings to stakeholders to drive informed decision-making. Skills and Qualifications - 4-10 years of experience in Data Science or a related field, preferably in the telecom industry. - Proficiency in Python for data analysis and model development. - Strong knowledge of SQL for querying databases and manipulating data. - Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) for deploying data solutions. - Familiarity with Gen AI concepts and tools for enhancing data processing and analytics. - Understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application in real-world scenarios. - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work with complex data sets. - Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
