Job Title: Gen AI Data Scientist / Senior Data Scientist

Work Mode: Onsite (Work From Office)

Location: Whitefield, Bangalore

About the Role

We are looking for a talented and passionate Data Scientist / Senior Data Scientist to join our Advanced Analytics and Big Data team. You will drive data-driven decisions in product development by leveraging advanced AI, ML, and cloud computing technologies. This is a hands-on, full-stack AI role that combines technical depth with creative problem-solving in an international, agile environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • End-to-end ownership of AI-driven solutions from prototyping to production.
  • Design and build AI Conversational Voice Chatbots using NLP, NLU, multilingual speech recognition, TTS/STT, and audio/video analytics.
  • Develop and deploy ML/DL models using ANN, CNN, RNN, and other deep learning architectures.
  • Perform data sourcing, integration, and optimization to generate actionable insights.
  • Apply statistical analysis and predictive modeling for automation and decision support.
  • Lead Generative AI initiatives using LLMs, LangChain, LangGraph, and RAG architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver AI and ML solutions that drive measurable business impact.
  • Stay updated with emerging tools and frameworks in the AI and ML ecosystem.

Technical Expertise Required

  • Strong programming skills in Python, TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch, Azure ML/DL, NumPy.
  • Experience with Big Data tools (Pyspark, Databricks, ADX).
  • Proficiency in SQL databases (MS SQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL).
  • Experience in Full Stack Development — API integration and deployment (REST APIs).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms like Azure, AWS, or OpenAI services.
  • Strong background in Mathematics, Statistics, and Data Modeling.

Gen AI & NLP Focus

  • Expertise in Generative AI, prompt engineering, model fine-tuning, and retriever-augmented generation.
  • Build and optimize multilingual conversational AI solutions.
  • Apply transformer architectures (e.g., GPT, BERT) for text and voice-based analytics.

Education & Experience

  • 3 to 7 years of experience in Applied AI, ML, and Deep Learning.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, Electronics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
  • Experience delivering at least 2–5 applied AI or research-based AI projects with real-world impact.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work autonomously in fast-paced projects.

Preferred Skills

  • Applied research mindset with innovation-oriented attitude.
  • Experience with AI modeling in real business domains like HR, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, or Automotive.
  • Exposure to audio, video, and image analytics, facial recognition, and emotion detection.
  • Confidence and adaptability to uncertain or evolving project needs.
