execution overall project management critical projects reviews executed by the team competence development of the team monitoring deliveries communication with various stakeholders Develop and coach the team to take more challenges to support the Product Companies Responsibilities may involve project budget management risk assessment and compliance with industry regulations Communication skills are crucial for liaising with stakeholders teams and reporting project progress Additionally problem solving abilities and adaptability are essential You should be technology focused product focused customer focused people focused You will be reporting to the Business Line Manager Key responsibilities You will support to ensure that the following Project Management activities in the Product Company are executed properly with on time delivery and the First-time right approach Project Management To manage and review the projects handled by you by the team as per the commitment to the customers to deliver them on time with first time right approach To review and ensure the proper coordination of the team acting as a single point contact with the involved stake holders such as Product Company Project Managers Customers Consultant Supplier Customer Centres To manage orders achieving client satisfaction in terms of delivery and technical requirements To monitor the overall progress of projects handled by the team against schedule and milestones reporting to management as well as providing early warning of potential slippage in case of the latter To keep management well informed on the high-level aspects of project execution Maintain detailed project files and applicable records in common server Project Management System software To ensure that the team follow-ups with supplier factory for manufacturing status and provide the monthly progress status in the customer AC format to the customer To be responsible for proper review and processing of variations and claims received from customer and factory Travel to customer premises or sub-vendor locations as required to ensure smooth execution of project if required Lead organize and coordinate the assigned project work during all project phases To manage the project budget procurement and schedules for various projects of all the Product Companies involved in the project package contract Ensure that the team provide approved documents along with manufacturing schedule based on the commercial situation inventory time frame to the factory supplier Ensure that the team proposes remedial actions when needed so that the contract completion data for the work is not jeopardized Project Engineering To ensure that the team is able to read understand the tender requirement convert in to the technical document by maintaining the overall profit level of the project To support and train the team for the creation Submission of engineering documents to customer consultant as per the MDL follow-up for the approval to ensure completion of engineering within defined time frame To coordinate within internal teams factory for documents To attend technical meetings at customer consultant s place to ensure resolution of technical queries of customer to get final approval on engineering documents whenever necessary To review the Engineering documents and provide inputs to sourcing team for bought out items follow-up with supplier for the documents Review the supplier s document wrt to tender process requirement before submission Review analyze the customer comments wrt to process requirement tender requirement commercial impact Provide support to the team to find out the suitable solution to ensure document approval on time To coordinate and participate in formal design and engineering reviews technical and commercial impact that could be raised by customer and by factory Inspection Activity Support To plan the Coordination of the inspection activity with factory supplier customer TPI Third party inspection agency To support and plan the team members to participate in Site Acceptance Test SAT Factory Acceptance Test FAT along with client at factory and vendors premises provide compliance to customer inspection agency on non-conformance obtain Inspection release note required to dispatch the material Site execution support if required Ensure that the concern team project engineer visit the site to ensure the actual installation inline with the technical documents drawings Ensure that the team exchanges the proper detailed information with aftermarket team and coordinate where required to ensure safe and smooth start-up commissioning To succeed you will need-Knowledge Sound knowledge and experience on Screw centrifugal reciprocating compressors and Dryers preferred Sound Knowledge of Electrical Equipment drawings HTMCC VFD Control Panel Distribution Board Cabling etc Instrumentation Control drawings documents PLC Field instruments UPS Communications between Equipment to PLC DCS I O list JB cable schedules etc Able to read understand P ID GA Layouts Installation System architect etc Working knowledge of Autocad MS office Strong Technical commercial knowledge of Engineered rotatory equipment Able to work under pressure plan organize effectively with the right sense of urgency Able to work on multiple projects Working knowledge of ATEX CCOE ASME API TEMA IEC IS DIN and other important Codes Hands on experience on Aramco projects Education Btech B E in Mechanical Experience 10 years of experience in project management engineering from rotatory machinery design manufacturing industry Required Skills Proactive positive team player with good interpersonal skills strong in communication and people oriented who thrives on working in a dynamic complex and multicultural business environment Be able to adapt in a new environment Self-motivated independent flexible well organized and methodical Accurate and diligent with an
