Job Title: IT Executive

We are seeking a skilled and proactive IT Executive to oversee and manage our organization's IT infrastructure, networking, cybersecurity, and overall IT operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless IT support, maintaining system security, and implementing best practices to optimize technology resources.

Key Responsibilities:1. IT Infrastructure Management:

- Oversee and maintain servers, hardware, software, and cloud-based systems.
- Manage IT asset inventory, ensuring proper upgrades and replacements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot system performance, ensuring minimal downtime.

2. Networking & System Administration:

- Administer and maintain LAN, WAN, VPN, firewalls, routers, and switches.
- Ensure network availability, scalability, and security.
- Implement network policies and optimize connectivity across locations.

3. Cybersecurity & Data Protection:

- Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies to protect IT systems from threats.
- Conduct regular security audits, vulnerability assessments, and penetration testing.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and implement disaster recovery measures.

4. IT Support & Troubleshooting:

- Provide technical support to employees for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Manage IT helpdesk operations and escalate critical issues as required.
- Train employees on IT best practices and cybersecurity awareness.

5. Software & System Administration:

- Manage enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, email servers, and cloud services.
- Ensure proper licensing and updates of all software and operating systems.

6. Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

- Coordinate with third-party IT vendors, service providers, and consultants.
- Evaluate and negotiate IT procurement and service contracts.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1+ year of experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), firewalls, and endpoint security.
- Experience in network configuration, troubleshooting, and IT security frameworks.
- Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Security+, CEH, or ITIL are a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
