About the Role
We're launching a Smart Home device designed specifically for Indian households. To drive mass adoption, we are looking for aGrowth & Marketing Leadwho can own customer acquisition, brand building, and revenue growth from Day 1.
This role is a blend ofstrategy and execution you'll be responsible for designing campaigns, running experiments, optimizing marketing funnels, and shaping our brand voice across channels.
Key Responsibilities
1. Growth Strategy & Execution
- Define and execute the go-to-market (GTM) strategy.
- Build and own the full customer acquisition funnel (awareness engagement conversion retention).
- Run A/B tests across multiple channels to optimize CAC and drive product adoption.
2. Digital Marketing
- Own and manage performance marketing across Meta, Google Ads, and Amazon Ads.
- Develop and implement an SEO and content marketing strategy (blogs, reels, influencer collaborations).
- Drive customer engagement and upselling via email, SMS, and WhatsApp marketing.
3. Brand & Community
- Shape the brand voice and storytelling around smart homes, wellness, smart living, and gifting.
- Manage and grow our presence on Instagram, YouTube, and other community platforms.
- Partner with creators and influencers to build organic buzz and credibility.
4. Sales & Distribution
- Build and manage partnerships with online marketplaces (Amazon, Flipkart) and offline premium retailers.
- Plan and execute campaigns for gifting, festive seasons, and subscription models.
5. Analytics & Growth Loops
- Track and optimize key metrics like CAC, LTV, retention, churn, and repeat purchase rate.
- Build dashboards and reports to measure marketing ROI.
- Design and implement growth loops (e.g., referral programs, gifting campaigns).
Requirements
- 510 years of experience ingrowth marketingforD2C consumer products (electronics, lifestyle, or IoT preferred).
- Hands-on expertise inperformance marketing across Meta, Google, and Amazon.
- Proven experience inbrand storytelling and community marketing.
- Strong data-driven mindset; comfortable using tools likeGoogle Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, etc.
- Demonstrated ability toscale CAC/LTV-positive campaigns.
- Prior experience in astartup environment or launching D2C products is a strong plus.
