Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Store Manager located in Chennai. The Store Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily store operations, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, managing store staff, maintaining inventory, implementing retail loss prevention strategies, and handling customer service inquiries. The role requires excellent communication and leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a team. Qualifications - Customer Satisfaction, Customer Service, and Communication skills - Store Management skills and experience in retail loss prevention - Excellent leadership and team management abilities - Strong organizational and multitasking skills - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment - Previous experience in a similar role is a plus - Bachelor's degree in business management, retail management, or a related field preferred
