About the Role

We are looking for a ManagerHR Generalist who can wear multiple hats and manage core HR functions in a growing and dynamic environment. This role requires someone who is both people-oriented and detail-driven, ensuring smooth HR operations while also building a positive employee experience.

You'll be working closely with the leadership team to manage payroll, compliance, onboarding, employee engagement, and hiring coordination.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & Compliance

- Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure 100% accuracy in salary disbursements.
- Coordinate with several EOR providers to manage statutory requirements like PF, ESI, PT, TDS in India and other requirements based on countries
- Keep track of attendance, leaves, and reimbursements for payroll inputs.
- Ensure the organization stays compliant with applicable labor laws and regulations.

Talent Onboarding & Engagement

- Manage end-to-end onboarding of new hires from documentation to induction.
- Create a smooth joining experience for employees and help them settle in.
- Drive engagement activities such as team connect sessions, cultural events, recognition programs, and feedback surveys.
- Be a trusted point of contact for employee queries and support.

Hiring Coordination

- Partner with recruitment teams and hiring managers to schedule and coordinate interviews.
- Communicate with candidates, ensuring a professional and friendly candidate experience.
- Maintain hiring trackers and follow-ups with stakeholders.

HR Operations

- Maintain employee records and HR databases.
- Support in drafting and communicating HR policies as the company scales.
- Assist with audits, MIS reports, and data management.

What We're Looking For

- 5 - 8 years of HR experience with exposure to payroll, compliance, and employee engagement.
- Hands-on, detail-oriented, and comfortable multitasking.
- Good understanding of basic HR policies and labour law compliance.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS tools, and payroll software is a plus.
