Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Manager located in Surat. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compliance, accountings and training and development. The role also involves developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. The HR Manager will play a key role in fostering a positive work environment and ensuring that HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented and adhered to.

Qualifications

  • Experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management
  • Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and act with integrity
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • Previous experience in the software development industry is a plus
