Sr. Nutrition Trainer

Develop and oversee the curriculum for nutrition courses ensuring they are up-to-date comprehensive and comply with industry standards - Deliver high-quality online and in-person training sessions workshops and seminars to students with varying levels of expertise - Lead mentor and manage a team of nutrition instructors fostering a collaborative and supportive environment - Act as the face of Orane International s nutrition department engaging with the community and stakeholders to enhance the visibility and impact of our programs - Drive initiatives aimed at the continuous improvement of course content and delivery methods incorporating the latest in nutritional science and educational technology - Participate in and sometimes lead research projects and partnerships with other institutions or organizations in the field of nutrition - Travel up to 10 days per month for conferences workshops and branch visits promoting and enhancing the program s reach and effectiveness Requirements - A minimum of 8 years of experience in the field of nutrition with a strong preference for candidates holding a medical background - Proven track record as an effective trainer and educator with the ability to engage and inspire students across various platforms - Exceptional communication skills both verbal and written with fluency in English Knowledge of additional languages is a plus - A vibrant and energetic personality capable of motivating both students and staff to achieve their best - Strong organizational and leadership skills with experience in curriculum development and team management - A Master s degree in Nutrition Dietetics or a related medical field is highly preferred - Familiarity with online teaching tools and platforms demonstrating adaptability to both online and traditional teaching methods Benefits - A competitive salary package commensurate with experience and qualifications - Opportunities for professional development and growth within a leading organization in the health and wellness sector - A vibrant and supportive work environment where innovation and creativity are encouraged - Comprehensive benefits including health insurance and travel allowances
