Job Description Summary Position Summary Enterprise Performance Our Enterprise Performance team is at the forefront of enterprise technology, working across finance, supply chain, and IT operations to support the delivery of holistic performance improvement and digital transformation. Position Summary Level: Consultant or equivalent As an experienced Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will be responsible for individually delivering high quality work products within due timelines. Need-basis you will be mentoring and/or directing junior team members/liaising with onsite/offshore teams to understand the functional requirements. Work you'll do: This role centers on designing, developing, and customizing end-to-end Windchill PLM solutions, with deep expertise in the Windchill architecture and its integrations with systems like SAP, CAD, and various visualization tools. It requires advanced programming skills in Java/J2EE, JavaScript, XML, and experience with Windchill-specific frameworks. The role involves configuring lifecycles, workflows, and business rules, as well as building custom reports and secure, scalable integrations. Strong knowledge of software development best practices, cloud-based environments, security technologies, and standards is essential to ensure robust, compliant solutions that seamlessly connect with broader enterprise systems. The team: The Enterprise Performance team leverages deep industry knowledge, strong analytical skills, and practical approaches to address clients toughest business challenges. Our professionals as part of the Supply Chain Network Operations (SCNO) service line within Enterprise Performance focus on helping organizations achieve sustainable competitive advantage throughout their operations, spanning product development, planning, sourcing, manufacturing, logistics, and distribution. We excel at translating strategic objectives into tangible, measurable outcomes at the operational level. By aligning high-level goals with frontline execution, we ensure our clients realize real value and improved performance across every stage of their supply chain and operations. Qualifications Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - 3 - 7 Years of experience in Windchill Data Migration using WBM or custom utilities to migrate data to Windchill. Experience working on implementing End to End Windchill projects. Expertise in multiple PLM framework is desired but not mandatory - Extensive experience in WBM - Extensive experience in CAD data migration for solid works and AutoCAD - Must have completed 2-3 end to end implementations and data migrations - Strong functional experience in Windchill10.x,11.X systems requirements - Good functional experience in Windchill (10.X and 11.X) and Business configuration - Strong experience in Windchill Change management, Workflows, BOM Management - Good understanding of Automotive/Manufacturing/Consumer Goods domain - Experience in creation and building up of business solution assets. - Guide individual project teams in technical decision making and review implementation approach for alignment with industry best practices - Provide Industry standard best practices and align PLM (Windchill) Enterprise Architecture to PLM (Windchill) Roadmap defined for the clients - Assist project teams, business teams to verify the configurations/customizations in Dev/QA environments during development/SIT/UAT/Prod deployment phases to verify the end-to-end solution. - Review PLM code/configurations, Integration code/configurations, install scripts, build scripts, deployment scripts, custom utilities, cron JOBs and all other configurations that are developed/configured for Dev/QA/PROD environments Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications: - Technical and analytical skills. Experience building dynamic models using Google Sheets, Excel (Apps Script, VBA, or Python) and creating data visualizations using Tableau, Google Data Studio, or similar software - Proven communication skills - Proficiently using planning tools and ERP software (Oracle, SAP, o9, Kinaxis, Anaplan, or custom build) - Experience in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and data-driven environment while independently managing projects Education: - MBA degree or equivalent from accredited university Location: - Bengaluru/Hyderabad/Pune/Chennai/Kolkata Shift Timings: - 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements Our purpose Deloitte's purpose is to make an impact that matters for our people, clients, and communities.
