Function Plant Operations Pay Band E4 to M2 Role As the Team Manager - Maintenance Frame Assembly you will be part of the Operations and will report to the Section Head - Maintenance ICE The purpose of your role will be to manage breakdown maintenance preventive maintenance of Frame assembly shop line A purpose driven role for you Your key Responsibilities will include but not limited to - Planning execution of effective maintenance schedules like Preventive Predictive TBM repairs shutdown maintenance for machineries equipment to achieve the set target with optimum cost - Equipment Maintenance Availability of Frame Assembly line - Attending breakdowns doing RCA CAPA for ensuring high equipment availability - Expertise in Troubleshooting Problem Solving of all machinaries in frame assembly line - Implementing new modifications and low-cost automation based on electrical mechanical requirements - Implementing Digitization Automation and IoT projects in the Frame Assembly line - Optimizing repair maintenance R M costs for the machine shop line through Kaizen and cost-saving projects like part life enhancement and in-house repairing This also includes R M cost-reduction through various initiatives Kaizen Poka-yoke implementation and leading energy saving improvement and cost-saving projects - Daily monthly maintenance MIS preparation reporting for breakdowns PM TBM CBM and updating technician s logbook machine history cards - Updating of equipment standard Check sheets SOP OPL on a regular basis - Ensuring safe working practices identifying helping to eliminate unsafe conditions observing all health and safety regulations and reporting any unsafe conditions - People capability building through various technical behavioural trainings to ensure future ready workforce to create collaborate inspire the world - Identifying critical spare parts planning and procurement with inventory analysis to ensure zero downtime at optimum cost A Day in the life Managing breakdown maintenance preventive maintenance of Frame assembly shop line equipped with Overhead conveyors Slat conveyors Number punching machines Telesis marking head controllers Hydraulic Press machines Brake oil filling machines Fuel tank leak testing ATEQ Atlas Copco DC nut runner controller its tool IR Ingersoll Rand DC nut runner controller its tool and SPM machines to ensure smooth functioning of equipment by eliminating the hindrance to production Academic Qualification Experience B E B Tech in Electrical Electronics Mechatronics Engineering with 4 to 8 Years of Experience or Diploma in Electrical Electronics Mechatronics Engineering with 12 to 15 Years in Manufacturing industry with relevant experience in Assembly shop line with Overhead Slat conveyors Mitsubishi PLC HMI VFD s DC tools Technical Skills Knowledge Maintenance of - Overhead conveyors Slat conveyors - Number punching machines Telesis marking head controllers - Hydraulic Press machines Brake oil filling machines - Fuel tank leak testing ATEQ - Atlas Copco DC nut runner controller its tool -
