Job Description Job Title: CRM Functional Consultant Experience - Total Experience: Up to 6 Years - Relevant Experience: 4 6 Years Location - Primary: Hyderabad (Preferred) - Secondary: Bangalore Detailed Job Description We are seeking an experienced CRM Functional Consultant to join our AMS (Application Maintenance & Support) team. The role involves providing 24/7 global support to users across India, the Philippines, Romania, and France. Key Responsibilities - Provide functional support and issue resolution for CRM users. - Perform impact analysis, troubleshoot complex issues, and ensure quick turnaround. - Collaborate with global teams to ensure smooth system operations. - Perform debugging and analysis where required to identify root causes. - Continuously learn and adapt to new processes, tools, and application components. - Work in shifts (primarily 2nd shift) and provide on-call support during weekends as needed. Mandatory Skills - Strong hands-on experience in CRM (Functional). - Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. - Ability to analyze and pinpoint issues efficiently, based on urgency. - Strong communication and collaboration skills. - Proven team player with flexible working hours. Nice to Have - Technical knowledge of CRM is desirable (though the focus remains functional). - Exposure to debugging or CRM configurations will be an added advantage.
