Java J2EE Spring Boot Angular JavaScript MySQL REST Maven Kubernetes VertX Kafka Hazelcast design patterns test automation frameworks Extensive experience in designing developing and deploying mission-critical scalable and secure distributed applications Good understanding and experience leading AI ML initiatives Broad experience and understanding of modern development on both on-prem and cloud platforms including the use of CI CD frameworks Strong experience with agile methodologies software development lifecycle principles Excel in partnering with Product leaders and technical product managers on requirements helping define joint product technology roadmaps driving prioritization Experience driving continuous improvements to processes tools for better developer efficiency and productivity Demonstrated ability to drive measurable improvements across engineering delivery and performance metrics Demonstrated success in leading high performing multi-disciplinary and geographically distributed engineering teams Demonstrated ability to hire develop and retain high-caliber talent Excellent problem solving and analytics skills Capable of forming and advocating an independent viewpoint Must demonstrate longer-term strategic thinking and staying abreast with latest technologies Highly driven resourceful and results-oriented Strong collaboration and effective communication with focus on win-win outcomes Payments industry experience is preferred Additional Information Visa is an EEO Employer Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race color religion sex national origin sexual orientation gender identity disability or protected veteran status Visa will also consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with EEOC guidelines and applicable local law
