Job Title: Marketing & Operations Intern

Duration: This internship is full-time and will last for 6 months.

Location: HSR Layout, Bangalore, Karnataka

Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and creative Marketing and Operations Intern to join our team. This internship offers the opportunity to work on a variety of marketing initiatives and assist in planning and executing events. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, organized, and eager to learn about marketing and event management in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote Coach-To-transformation, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and content creation.

Conduct market research and analyse trends to identify growth opportunities.

Support the planning and execution of events, including venue selection, vendor coordination, and attendee management.

Assist in creating marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and presentations.

Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and events.

Collaborate with team members to brainstorm new ideas and strategies.

Requirements:

Bachelors or masters degree program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

Previous experience in marketing or event management is a plus but not required.
