Themesoft is hiring for a Senior Workday Technical Lead & Systems Analyst with 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic team and drive innovation across our global HR tech landscape.

Location: Bangalore

Experience: 8+ years

Type: Contract

Required Skills:

- 8+ years HR systems and technical lead experience.
- 6+ years deep Workday integration experience (XML, XPATH, custom fields, calculated fields, BIRT, etc.).
- 6+ years Dell Boomi integration experience (iPaaS, APIs, error logging, deployments).
- Solid technical experience with Workday Recruiting, HCM, Compensation, and more.
- Experience integrating with ServiceNow, Beeline, or similar platforms is a plus.
- Strong experience analyzing business processes and documenting in Visio.
- Skilled in requirements traceability, SIT/UAT testing, and collaborative solutioning.
- Ability to explain complex technical ideas in business-friendly language.
- Proven “get-it-done” mindset with ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree required; certifications in Workday, AWS, or ServiceNow are a plus.
