Responsibilities - Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports. - Manage accounts payable and receivable processes. - Conduct monthly reconciliations of bank statements and general ledger accounts. - Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts. - Ensure compliance with tax regulations and timely filing of tax returns (Including GST, TDS). - Collaborate with other departments to streamline financial operations. - Analyze financial data to identify trends and opportunities for cost savings. - Support audits by providing necessary documentation and insights. Skills and Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. - 6-15 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a manufacturing environment. - Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations (Including GST, TDS). - Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, QuickBooks). - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. - Strong attention to detail and accuracy. - Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
