Job Summary:We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Executive Accounts & Taxation to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with GST compliance, TDS, bank reconciliation, and working knowledge of Tally. Basic drafting skills in MS Word are also required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparation and filing of GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, etc.)
  • Ensure timely and accurate GST filings and reconciliations
  • Manage TDS deductions, returns, and related compliances
  • Perform bank reconciliation on a regular basis
  • Maintain and update Tally entries for day-to-day accounting
  • Support in the preparation of financial statements
  • Assist in internal and statutory audits
  • Draft basic letters, invoices, or supporting documents using MS Word
  • Coordinate with vendors, clients, and internal teams for document follow-ups

Key Skills Required:

  • Strong knowledge of GST return filing and compliance
  • Experience in TDS calculations and returns
  • Proficiency in bank reconciliation
  • Working knowledge of Tally ERP
  • Basic proficiency in MS Word for document drafting
  • Attention to detail and good analytical skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Qualifications:

  • B.Com / M.Com or equivalent
  • Minimum 25 years of relevant experience in accounts and taxation
  • Familiarity with accounting standards and tax regulations in India
