Lending Solutions is designed for banks, credit unions, and other financial institutions looking to enhance their lending operations, improve risk management practices, and leverage data for strategic decision-making.

The Impact

As part of Lending Solutions Service Management function, this role will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of product platforms. Additionally, it will involve implementing FinOps cost management practices and effectively managing operational risks.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage IT service operations to ensure high availability and performance of cloud-based services.
- Oversee incident management processes, ensuring timely resolution and communication during service disruptions.
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement FinOps practices that enhance cost efficiency and transparency in cloud spending.
- Manage and support regular audits and risk assessments to ensure compliance with organizational policies and industry standards.
- Manage AWS cloud operations, ensuring best practices in security and performance.
- Develop and implement vulnerability management strategies to protect organizational assets.
- Establish and maintain BCP and DR processes to ensure business continuity in the event of incidents.
- Prepare and present management reports on service operations, incidents, and performance metrics to senior leadership.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 12 years of experience in a cloud-based service operations role.
- Proven experience in service operations management, incident management, and risk management.
- Strong knowledge of AWS cloud services and operations.
- Familiarity with FinOps, vulnerability management, and BCP/DR processes.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex information clearly and effectively.
- Strong team player who can collaborate across departments and adjust to shifting priorities.
