Your Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional who can seamlessly blend the responsibilities of a Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master. This hybrid role is ideal for someone with deep fintech domain expertise, strong analytical capabilities, and proven leadership in Agile delivery environments.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams across India and the UK, translating business requirements into technical specifications, leading Scrum ceremonies, and driving continuous improvement in delivery processes.

You will collaborate closely with Engineers, Product Managers, Architects, Operations, Business Users, and other stakeholders (including third party vendor resources), to drive various initiatives and projects that build new or enhance our existing products.

Business Analysis:

- Leverage your deep understanding of fintech concepts to contribute valuable insights into multiple projects ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
- Lead requirements gathering, documentation, and prioritization with stakeholders.
- Translate business needs into technical specifications for developers and testers.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends and support strategic decisions.
- Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and workflow diagrams.
- Manage third-party vendor relationships and internal stakeholder communications.
- Support product launches, business readiness, and operational training.
- Help maintain and enhance platforms including Salesforce and Mambu.
- Identify areas for process optimization and suggest innovative solutions.

Scrum Mastery:

- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives).
- Manage multiple Scrum teams and unblock delivery impediments.
- Align teams with product vision and sprint goals.
- Drive Agile/Scrum process improvements and team accountability.
- Help administer Jira and Confluence tools and dashboards.
- Coach teams on Agile maturity, cross-functionality, and self-organization.
- Promote servant-leadership and conflict resolution within teams.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree (preferably in Business, Technology, or related field from an accredited university); MBA preferred.
- 8+ years of overall experience including 5+ years in Business Analysis and 2+ years as a Scrum Master.
- Proven experience working within financial services, ideally in UK or Europe.
- Strong experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, and SDLC practices.
- Ability to read and interpret API documentation (e.g., OpenAPI).
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fundamental analytical and conceptual thinking skills.
- Proven experience managing geographically distributed teams.

Preferred Skills:

- BA certifications (IIBA, PMI-BA).
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM or PSM).
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, Financial Services Cloud.
- Experience with Mambu or other SaaS core banking platforms.
- Fintech domain expertise in Lending, Savings, or Credit Cards.
- Familiarity with Marketing Cloud and financial services platforms.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership capabilities.
