Business Process Consultant

Job Description Duties and Responsibilities Conduct business diagnostics to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement. Design and implement structured business processes, SOPs, and accountability systems. Lead ERP, automation, and AI implementation projects for clients. Develop and present reports, process maps, and dashboards for management reviews. Collaborate with client leadership to define organizational roles, KPIs, and review mechanisms. Conduct training and onboarding sessions for process adoption and compliance. Travel and work on-site with clients across international geographies during project phases. Required Qualifications and Skills Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (preferably Industrial, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering). 810 years of experience in large or mid-sized organizations, ideally in process management, organizational development, or business transformation. Strong exposure to ERP, automation, or AI-based systems is preferred. Excellent analytical, logical reasoning, and problem-solving skills. Exceptional communication and presentation abilities. Proven experience in managing teams and cross-functional projects. Willingness to travel internationally as per project requirements. Preferred Qualifications Experience in industries such as trading, projects, manufacturing, or services. Exposure to digital transformation or process automation projects.
