We foster a culture of inclusivity, collaboration, and continuous learning. About the Role: Appian Developer (Jr, ML, Sr) in business process management. Responsibilities: - Evidence of designing business solutions that demonstrate clear business benefit. - Experience of working on Agile projects. - Knowledge of Designing Process in Appian using Appian Analyst and Designer view. - Knowledge of Appian Smart Services. - Knowledge of Tempo Interface. - Proven track of working closely with key business users. - Experience of Scenario-based requirements gathering. - Demonstrable experience involving design, testing and implementation of large complex systems, ideally in an international environment. - Experience and understanding of business process flows. - Expert in analysing and documenting business processes. - Expert in writing business requirements. - Expert in writing functional requirements. - Be able to contribute to the creation of both current and target operating models. - Ability to run workshops with key stakeholders. - Translates ideas into concrete work activities. - Should have design/architecture experience building business workflow automation and business rules execution (a.k.a Rules Engine). - Considerations are needed to determine and help in establishing some enterprise standards. Required Skills: - Experience in business process management. - Designing business solutions. - Agile project experience. - Appian Analyst and Designer knowledge. - Appian Smart Services knowledge. - Tempo Interface knowledge. - Experience with key business users. - Scenario-based requirements gathering. - Design, testing, and implementation of complex systems. - Business process flow understanding. - Business process analysis and documentation. - Writing business and functional requirements. - Current and target operating models contribution. - Workshop facilitation with stakeholders. - Concrete work activity translation. - Design/architecture experience in workflow automation. - Enterprise standards establishment.
