Job Description Responsibilities Project Execution & Management - Lead site execution of BESS project as per approved timelines and budget. - Coordinate civil, electrical, mechanical, and commissioning activities. Ensure alignment with project milestones and deliverables. - Manage day-to-day site operations including workforce, logistics, and machinery. - Monitor progress and resolve site-level issues proactively. - Ensure adherence to safety, quality, environmental and other relevant standards. Stakeholder Coordination - Build and lead a multidisciplinary team including engineers, supervisors, and support staff. - Liaise with contractors, consultants, internal departments as well as relevant external stakeholders - Support for inspections, audits, and statutory approvals. - Represent site in project review meetings and provide status updates. Documentation & Reporting - Maintain accurate records of site activities, progress, and incidents. - Ensure compliance with documentation protocols and regulatory requirements. Risk Identification & Mitigation - Proactively identify potential risks related to site execution, safety, logistics, and environmental factors. - Develop and implement precautionary measures to mitigate identified risks. - Conduct regular risk assessments and update contingency plans accordingly. - Alert senior management and relevant stakeholders about emerging risks or deviations from project plan/schedule. Qualifications Qualifications & Experience: - Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Civil Engineering. - 15+ years of experience in large-scale infrastructure or energy projects. - Proven experience in managing site execution of renewable energy or BESS projects. - Understanding of battery technologies, grid integration, and safety protocols.
