Job Description:

A Project/Site Head isa leadership role responsible for the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects from inception to delivery, often in a construction or engineering context.Key duties include managing project timelines, budgets, and resources;ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards;coordinating and leading project teams and contractors;overseeing documentation;and communicating with stakeholders to achieve organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Planning and Management:Develop comprehensive project plans, establish scope, goals, and deliverables, and define tasks and required resources.
- Budget and Resource Management:Manage project budgets and allocate resources effectively to meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Team and Stakeholder Leadership:Lead and motivate project teams, coordinate activities, and serve as a primary point of contact for clients, management, and other stakeholders.
- Execution and Monitoring:Oversee the daily operations of the site, monitor progress, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and ensure project tasks are completed on time.
- Quality and Safety:Ensure adherence to quality standards, building codes, safety regulations, and implement measures to mitigate risks and maintain a safe working environment.
- Documentation and Reporting:Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation, including schedules, reports, contracts, and change orders.
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making:Identify and resolve issues, prevent potential problems, and make critical decisions to keep the project on track.
- Risk Management:Analyze project risks and develop strategies to minimize their impact on project success.

Essential Skills

- Leadership and Communication:Strong ability to lead teams, communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders, and provide clear direction.
- Technical Expertise:Advanced knowledge of construction management processes, building products, and quality standards.
- Project Management:Expertise in planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and budget management.
- Risk Management:Ability to assess and mitigate project risks.
- Problem-Solving:Skill in identifying and resolving challenges and implementing corrective actions.
- Organizational Skills:Competence in time management, conflict resolution, and maintaining project documentation.

- Worked in Ajivali, Panvel Location.
- Experience as Team Leader for 4-5 yrs
