Job Title: Project Head - High Rise Residential Tower

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Project Head to lead the development of a high-rise residential tower project. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the project from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery, quality construction, and budget adherence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the project team, including architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants

  • Develop and implement project plans, timelines, and budgets

  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including investors, clients, and government authorities

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards

  • Manage risks, issues, and changes to the project scope

  • Oversee construction activities, including site management and monitoring

  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to ensure project alignment with market demands

  • Ensure project deliverables meet customer expectations and quality standards

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in project management, preferably in high-rise residential projects

  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to quality standards

  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholders

  • Knowledge of construction regulations, codes, and standards

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field

  • Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.)

  • Experience with project management software and tools (MS Project, Primavera, etc.)
