About the role We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Strategist to join our team and help shape campaigns that drive growth and brand impact. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who’s eager to learn, experiment, and grow into a full-stack marketing strategist. You’ll work closely with senior team members across digital, content, and performance marketing to support strategy and execution. Key responsibilities - Assist in developing and executing multi-channel marketing strategies (digital, paid media, content, SEO, social, email). - Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and audience insights to support campaign planning. - Help prepare presentations, reports, and dashboards that summarize performance. - Collaborate with creative and content teams to align campaigns with brand objectives. - Support testing and optimization efforts across different channels. - Stay up to date with marketing trends and new tools, bringing fresh ideas to the team. What you’ll bring - 1–2 years of experience in marketing, strategy, or digital campaigns (internships welcome). - Strong interest in marketing strategy, growth, and digital channels. - Good analytical skills with familiarity in Google Analytics or other reporting tools. - Creative mindset with attention to detail. - Eagerness to learn, proactive attitude, and strong teamwork skills. - Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
