Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
We are seeking a highly competent Senior Accounts Executive to independently manage various accounting activities on a daily, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. The ideal candidate will coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure completion of annual audits and maintain accurate financial records. Key responsibilities include.
- Maintain accurate financial records through data entry.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely invoicing and payment processing and ledger reconciliations
- Preparation and Filing GST and TDS.
- Tax Audit, Statutory Audit, GST Audit
- Finalization of Books, Balance sheet , Profit and Loss account
Note :
- Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, and other statutory compliances.
- Proficiency in accounting software - Tally
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong understanding of bookkeeping practices and principles.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
