Role- Associate Director Finance
Work Experience- Qualified CA with 9-12 years’ experience (in Business Finance / Financial Planning and Analysis, preferably from IT / ITES industry managing Healthcare vertical)
Role & Responsibilities:
- Support monthly/quarterly financial reporting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Assist in budgeting, financial planning, and business performance tracking
- Prepare management reports and executive dashboards with clear insights
- Conduct financial modelling, scenario planning, and margin analysis
- Collaborate with business teams to gather data and ensure alignment
- Contribute to automation and efficiency improvements in reporting
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects
Qualification & Experience (Critical and Desirable)
Chartered Accountant (CA) with 9-12 years of relevant experience,
- preferably in FP&A Working knowledge in Excel and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SAP is preferred
- Good understanding of financials and business performance metrics
- Good analytical and communication skills
