About The Company ARA s client is a leading IT solutions provider offering Applications Business Process Outsourcing BPO and Infrastructure services globally through a combination of technology know how domain and process expertise The accolades has been garnering can be attributed to their undeterred focus in delivering quality solutions across verticals that meet the challenging requirements of their esteemed customers The Role AI ML EngineerKey Responsibilities Design and Development of Agentic AI Systems Develop and implement agentic AI frameworks including planning reasoning and action execution to solve complex business problems Machine Learning and Deep Learning Apply machine learning and deep learning techniques to enhance agentic AI capabilities and improve model performance Experience with building and deploying production-ready agentic AI systems Create new tools agents and provide reference implementations for various AI agentic patterns Solid understanding of MCP and must have built and used tools conforming to this standard Skills Required 5 years of experience in AI ML development including expertise in GenAI LLMs and agentic AI frameworks Strong proficiency in Python LangChain LangGraph LlamaIndex AutoGen CrewAI Pydantic n8n or similar agentic AI tools Experience with LLM fine-tuning prompt engineering model deployment and evaluation techniques Hands-on experience with RAG architectures vector databases Pinecone Weaviate etc and embeddings Proficiency in cloud AI services GCP Azure AWS and MLOps frameworks for scalable deployment Understanding of banking financial services AI applications compliance and risk management considerations Strong problem-solving skills ability to work in cross-functional teams and a passion for AI innovation Qualifications Experience BE BTech Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent 8 years overall IT experience Required Skills python langchain lang graph LlamaIndex autogen CrewAI Pydantic AI ML Gen AIEducational Qualification BE BTech Computer Science Information Systems or equivalent Apr 29 2025Pay Rate3200000 - 3500000 INR Per Annum8 - 10 Years Exp 1 Vacancy
