Vice President – Flexi Roundtables Location: Mumbai / Bangalore / Hyderabad Reports To: Founder & CEO, Flexi Ecosystem Function: Leadership, Strategy & Ecosystem Growth About Flexi Roundtables Flexi Roundtables is a flagship thought-leadership platform under the  Flexi Ecosystem , curating premium, invite-only experiences that connect the  Top 1% Leaders across  Global Capability Centers (GCCs) , enterprises, startups, government, and media. Our mission is to accelerate  India’s GCC growth story by building innovation hubs, leadership dialogues, and brand trust at scale — powered by data, media, and community. Role Overview As  Vice President – Flexi Roundtables , you will lead the end-to-end strategy, partnerships, and growth for India’s most influential leadership forum. You’ll work directly with CXOs, government dignitaries, and partner brands (AWS, Sonatype, Indian Express, Snowflake, etc.) to expand our narrative around innovation, compliance, and India’s digital transformation. This is both a  strategic and execution-heavy leadership role — ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of community, brand storytelling, and ecosystem building. Key Responsibilities 1. Strategy & Ecosystem Growth Define and execute the national expansion roadmap for Flexi Roundtables across major innovation cities. Build and nurture strategic partnerships with  GCCs, tech enterprises, and media houses . Align Roundtable themes with market trends like  AI, Compliance, Sustainability, and Digital Trust . 2. Leadership & Operations Oversee event experience design — from curation, agenda, and speakers to audience selection. Manage cross-functional teams across  program, marketing, design, and partnerships . Ensure operational excellence and ROI for every leadership experience. 3. Partnerships & Brand Alliances Co-create flagship collaborations with global and Indian enterprises. Drive joint marketing campaigns, PR stories, and media amplification with partners. Own topline targets through sponsorships, collaborations, and strategic media tie-ups. 4. Thought Leadership & Community Represent Flexi Roundtables in CXO forums, media interviews, and government panels. Curate thought-leadership pieces and research reports positioning Flexi as an ecosystem catalyst. Grow and engage the  Top 1% Leaders community to 1M+ members globally. Ideal Candidate Profile 10–15 years of experience in  leadership roles across ecosystem development, B2B marketing, partnerships, or community building . Strong understanding of  GCC, Enterprise Tech, or Digital Transformation landscape in India. Proven experience in managing senior stakeholder relationships (CXOs, media, and government). A storyteller and strategist with exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable with high-velocity growth, ambiguity, and innovation.
