Job Responsibilities: 1. Create proposal of journal entries. 2. Review and analyze general ledger and sub ledgers 3. Send the corresponding reports of pending transactions to the client to be recorded within the accounting system 4. Complete AR reconciliations and others related with cash position. 5. Work with AP, BR, Taxes and other departments in order to collect information required. 6. Serve as support to the leader of the department in all the tasks that are required 7. Keep a status of the operation and send when necessary and/or required by client. 8. Respond to all requests sent by the client in a timely manner. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - HARD & SOFT SKILLS Minimum Qualifications: - A technical degree in accounting (or equivalent experience) - 2-6 Year Experience in corporate accounting. - Excellent computer skills a must Excel skills including fluent with Pivot Tables and formulas, Word, and E-mail. - English as a second language is required. - Possibilities to modify work schedule is a plus. Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: - Communicate effectively in individual or group situations including demonstrating active listening skills. - Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, using accurate grammatical form and able to read and interpret written information. - Ability to maintain confidentiality. A high standard of integrity and sound business ethics. - Excellent organizational and time management skills; strict attention to detail. - Demonstrates excellence in work standards; is tenacious in completing tasks. Ability to work independently and as a team player. - Able to participate in solving problems and help make decisions based on the best information available by developing resolutions between parties. - Works well with other team members and departments in a professional and friendly manner to accomplish mutual goals and prepare assignments on time. - Able to ask for support and help as needed. - Ensures effectiveness in processes to achieve/seek best practice - Provide feedback and suggestions for improved systems and efficiencies
