Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Product Owner - HighRadius In this role, the incumbent should be a dynamic and experienced Product Owner - HighRadius to join our Digital Finance team. This role will be pivotal in driving the deployment and adoption of HighRadius solutions across Genpact's client base. The incumbent should be passionate about finance transformation, process optimization, and delivering measurable business value through technology. Responsibilities - Partner with Genpact clients to identify opportunities for automation and process improvement using HighRadius products. - Analyse current finance and accounting processes (Order to Cash, Treasury, AR/AP) to uncover inefficiencies and transformation potential. - Translate client business requirements into HighRadius product features and configurations. - Develop and present compelling value propositions and business cases for HighRadius deployment. - Lead the end-to-end implementation journey, ensuring alignment with client objectives and successful adoption. - Collaborate with internal Genpact teams, HighRadius, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their evolving needs and ensure satisfaction. - Facilitate workshops and discovery sessions with clients to gather insights and define solution roadmaps. - Monitor post-deployment performance and identify opportunities for further optimization and innovation. - Ensure timely communication and reporting to all stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. - Drive value generation by aligning HighRadius capabilities with client strategic goals and KPIs. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or related field MBA or equivalent preferred. - Experience in finance transformation, product ownership, or consulting roles. - Proven experience working with HighRadius or similar finance automation platforms. - Strong understanding of finance processes such as Order to Cash, AR/AP, and Treasury. - Experience in client-facing roles with strong stakeholder management and communication skills. - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex deployments. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills - Hands-on experience with HighRadius modules (e.g., Cash Application, Credit & Collections, Deductions). - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Ability to build trust and influence senior stakeholders. - Agile methodology experience and familiarity with product lifecycle management. - Excellent presentation and storytelling skills to articulate value propositions. - - - - -
