Role and responsibilities: - Ensure adherence to all IRDAI regulations, guidelines, and circulars. - Prepare and submit mandatory IRDAI reports and regulatory filings on time. - Monitor regulatory updates and implement required process changes. - Conduct internal compliance checks and support audits/inspections. - Maintain compliance documentation and ensure AML/KYC adherence. - Coordinate with internal teams to address compliance gaps and queries. Required Skills & Qualifications - Bachelor’s or master’s degree in law, Finance, Insurance, or related field. - 2–5 years of experience in IRDAI compliance, regulatory affairs, or insurance operations (based on level). - Strong understanding of IRDAI regulations, circulars, and reporting frameworks.
