We are seeking a Senior Automation Test Engineer with expertise in WebdriverIO to join our dynamic team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automation testing and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using WebdriverIO.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application features and requirements.
- Execute automated tests and analyze results to ensure quality standards.
- Identify, record, and track defects, providing detailed feedback for improvement.
- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Continuously improve testing processes and frameworks to enhance efficiency.
- Mentor junior testers and promote best practices in automation testing.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in automation testing.

Skills and Qualifications

- 5-12 years of experience in software testing, with a focus on automation.
- Strong knowledge of WebdriverIO and JavaScript.
- Experience with testing frameworks such as Mocha, Chai, or Jasmine.
- Proficient in using version control systems like Git.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools such as Jenkins or CircleCI.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
