Job Responsibilities: - Create proposal of journal entries. - Review and analyze general ledger and sub ledgers - Send the corresponding reports of pending transactions to the client to be recorded within the accounting system - Complete AR reconciliations and others related with cash position. - Work with AP, BR, Taxes and other departments in order to collect information required. - Serve as support to the leader of the department in all the tasks that are required - Keep a status of the operation and send when necessary and/or required by client. - Respond to all requests sent by the client in a timely manner. SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS - HARD & SOFT SKILLS Minimum Qualifications: - A technical degree in accounting (or equivalent experience) - 2-6 Year Experience in corporate accounting. - Excellent computer skills a must Excel skills including fluent with Pivot Tables and formulas, Word, and E-mail. - English as a second language is required. - Possibilities to modify work schedule is a plus. Desired Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: • Communicate effectively in individual or group situations including demonstrating active listening skills. • Ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing, using accurate grammatical form and able to read and interpret written information. • Ability to maintain confidentiality. A high standard of integrity and sound business ethics. • Excellent organizational and time management skills; strict attention to detail. • Demonstrates excellence in work standards; is tenacious in completing tasks. Ability to work independently and as a team player. • Able to participate in solving problems and help make decisions based on the best information available by developing resolutions between parties. • Works well with other team members and departments in a professional and friendly manner to accomplish mutual goals and prepare assignments on time. • Able to ask for support and help as needed. • Ensures effectiveness in processes to achieve/seek best practice • Provide feedback and suggestions for improved systems and efficiencies
