Sr. Principal Consultant, Cloud COE Product Analyst

Job Description Inviting applications for the role of Sr.Principal Consultant, Cloud COE Product Analyst In this role, you will play a critical part in analyzing and optimizing our cloud products and services, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and translate them into actionable strategies that enhance product performance and client satisfaction. Responsibilities - Develop and Maintain Azure/AWS /GCP Cloud Services in accordance with Security and Standards. - Understands and experienced Immutable Infrastructure using IaC tools like Terraform and cloud native services - Understands and experience in Configuration Management tools like Ansible or Chef - Hands on experience with Windows and Linux and Administration Infrastructure provisioning, configuration and application deployment is completely automated. - IaC - Infrastructure as Code. Automation scripts are treated as code source controlled and versioned. (So being comfortable with GitHub, Linux, python scripting, PowerShell and etc) - Be able to troubleshoot issues on the VMs, Windows/Linux Server VMs. - Write operational procedures - Work closely with Application/Product owners - Remediate any availability, regulatory or performance-related operational deficiencies - Notify Client of changes to and adoptions of new cloud technology - Remain current in the knowledge and use of cloud technology, virtualization, compute, storage and management products. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline such as computer science, information technology, or business analytic - Hands on experience Managing solutions on MS Azure with good knowledge of AWS or GCP also - Exposure to container technologies (AKS, Docker) and DevOps tools. - Knowledge of security controls for the public cloud (encryption of data in motion/rest and key management) - Linux and Windows OS Administration - Experience with Open-Source Cloud and configuration management tools (Terraform Ansible, etc.) Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management. Preferred Qualifications/ Skills - Master's degree in a relevant field. - Cloud Certification - - - - - -
