In this role, we are looking for a candidate to design and architect scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and microservices. Responsibilities  Design and architect scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and microservices. Ensure the quality and consistency of inventory artifacts for infrastructure. Provide technical leadership on large-scale, highly complex projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Conduct requirement analyses and develop high-quality detailed designs. Perform unit testing using automated unit test frameworks. Coach and develop software engineers into software architects. Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualifications  Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field. Deep understanding and proficiency in Java and its associated technologies like J2EE, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot, Hibernate. Extensive experience with AWS services. Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns. Proven experience in designing applications running on Java/Spring Boot platforms. Preferred qualifications  Collaborating with the software engineers and other team members to establish objectives and craft more functional, cohesive codes to improve the user experience. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions effectively. Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaborative problem-solving. Road map planning for upcoming releases. Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by supervising industry developments and trends. Taking lead on projects, as needed Strong experience Java & J2EE application. Strong experience in Spring Boot & Microservices Working experience in Scaled Agile environment and understanding of CI/CD Experience in deploying Spring Boot & Microservices in any cloud technology like AWS. Strong expertise in Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.). Experience in leading and managing a team of developers. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
