Inviting applications for the role of Lead Architect. In this role, we are looking for a candidate to design and architect scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and microservices.

Responsibilities 
 Design and architect scalable, high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, AWS, and microservices.
 Ensure the quality and consistency of inventory artifacts for infrastructure.
 Provide technical leadership on large-scale, highly complex projects.
 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
 Conduct requirement analyses and develop high-quality detailed designs.
 Perform unit testing using automated unit test frameworks.
 Coach and develop software engineers into software architects.


Qualifications we seek in you 
Minimum Qualifications 
 Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related field.
 Deep understanding and proficiency in Java and its associated technologies like J2EE, JDBC, Servlets, JSP, Spring Boot, Hibernate.
 Extensive experience with AWS services.
 Strong knowledge of microservices architecture and design patterns.
 Proven experience in designing applications running on Java/Spring Boot platforms.

Preferred qualifications 
 Collaborating with the software engineers and other team members to establish objectives and craft more functional, cohesive codes to improve the user experience.
 Excellent analytical skills with the ability to anticipate issues and frame remedial actions effectively.
 Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaborative problem-solving.
 Road map planning for upcoming releases.
 Developing ideas for new programs, products, or features by supervising industry developments and trends.
 Taking lead on projects, as needed
 Strong experience Java & J2EE application.
 Strong experience in Spring Boot & Microservices
 Working experience in Scaled Agile environment and understanding of CI/CD
 Experience in deploying Spring Boot & Microservices in any cloud technology like AWS.
 Strong expertise in Java programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate, etc.).
 Experience in leading and managing a team of developers.
 Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
 Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
 Familiarity with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
