Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Consultant based in Bengaluru. The ERP Consultant will be responsible for analyzing business processes, implementing ERP solutions, and providing finance-related consulting. This role involves conducting needs assessments, configuring ERP software, training users, and ensuring seamless ERP integrations to optimize organizational efficiency.

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Business Process analysis and implementation
- Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in ERP Implementations and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) solutions
- Knowledge of finance and financial processes within ERP systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Prior experience in a consulting role is a plus
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field
