Description Are you passionate about transforming how global organizations manage multi-billion dollar real estate portfolios Do you want to be part of a team that supports 18B in annual real estate obligations across 6 000 sites in 75 countries Are you excited about building automated solutions that connect critical business systems across Amazon s worldwide operations If you re a technical product manager who enjoys working with diverse stakeholders and creating scalable solutions this is an excellent opportunity for you Our ideal candidate has strong technical expertise experience with large-scale system integrations and the ability to translate complex business requirements into practical solutions while ensuring data accuracy and compliance across multiple business units including AWS Retail Operations and GREF Key job responsibilities This Technical Product Manager role is crucial to delivering strategic initiatives that impact Amazon s global real estate portfolio management You ll lead key projects including business unit onboarding integration improvements and automated workflow implementations serving hundreds of users across Legal Transaction Management Administration and Finance teams Working across multiple platforms including Contract Central Tango and TRIRIGA you ll implement and maintain solutions that ensure accurate and timely data flow for lease administration and accounting This position requires strong technical skills in system integration data modeling and automation combined with excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving abilities You ll collaborate with senior leaders across multiple organizations to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions that scale globally Technical expertise in system integration is required for this position The ideal candidate will have experience with integration architecture data modeling and workflow automation across multiple business units You ll be responsible for developing standardized frameworks for system integration implementing automated validation controls and creating self-service reporting solutions The role requires someone who can assess complex technical challenges propose practical solutions and work collaboratively across global teams to implement improvements You should be capable of understanding both technical constraints and business requirements while ensuring compliance with financial controls and reporting standards Basic Qualifications - 5 years of customer-facing product development and product management including defining launching and optimizing product and services experience Preferred Qualifications - Knowledge of agile product development and life-cycle management process - Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and online services on tight deadlines Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers If you have a disability and need a workplace accommodation or adjustment during the application and hiring process including support for the interview or onboarding process please visit for more information If the country region you re applying in isn t listed please contact your Recruiting Partner
