Company Overview Since 2019 Apna has connected over 60 million jobseekers with more than 250 000 enterprises and small businesses across India Founded by Nirmit Parikh a Stanford graduate and serial entrepreneur who recognizes the challenges in early-level hiring Apna has rapidly grown to become India s fastest unicorn in 2021 - achieving this milestone in just 21 months Backed by marque global investors - Insight Partners Tiger Global Lightspeed India Sequoia Capital and GSV we re revolutionising livelihood creation across India About Apna AI Recruitment Products AI Recruitment Products an AI business initiative of apna is an innovative agency of AI Recruiters helping companies in India hire for bulk and entry-level roles Our AI-powered recruitment solution transforms traditional hiring processes with automation efficiency and precision enabling recruiters to be 10x more productive The Role We re looking for a passionate hands-on Product Manager to join our growing team and lead the evolution of our AI recruitment platform In this role you ll drive product strategy work closely with customers to understand their needs collaborate with engineering to build exceptional features and help define the future of recruitment technology Location Bangalore - Diamond District Work from Office Requirement 1 Experience 7-8 years preferably in B2B SaaS products Requirements Deliverables Own the product roadmap and strategy for AI Hiring Products balancing customer needs business priorities and technical feasibility Collaborate with customers stakeholders and team members to define problems identify solutions and validate product decisions Translate business requirements into detailed product specifications working closely with engineering teams Drive monetization strategies to ensure product sustainability and growth Analyze product metrics to make data-driven decisions and continuously improve the user experience Lead the outcome driven development process including sprint planning backlog prioritizations and release management Work closely with sales marketing and customer success teams to drive product adoption Requirement 7-8 years of product management experience preferably in B2B SaaS products Strong experience in product monetization and pricing strategies Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly to different audiences Exceptional problem-solving abilities and analytical thinking Experience managing or mentoring other team members APMs analysts Strong user empathy and a track record of building products that solve real user problems Understanding of AI technologies conversational bots particularly in business processes Familiarity with recruitment industry or HR tech is a plus Based in Bangalore or willing to relocate Preferred Experience Background in enterprise or B2B software products Previous experience with HR tech talent acquisition or recruiting platforms Track record of monetizing AI products or features Experience with pricing strategy and implementation History of building and launching successful products from concept to market
