The Internship Opportunity: Learn the Voice of Impact This internship is a hands-on learning experience where you will be the essential support link between marketing strategy and creative voice. Strategy & Planning Foundation - Marketing Strategy Support:Assist senior team members in developing data-driven marketing communication strategies and tactical plans for At Buzz and our clients. - Research & Analysis:Conduct preliminary research on market trends, competitor activity, and audience behavior (Market Analysis understanding). Learn to applyConsumer Psychologyprinciples to refine messaging and optimize campaign structure. II. Content & Execution Mastery - Creativity & Storytelling:Contribute ideas and drafts for various content formats (social media captions, blog posts, basic website copy, internal case study outlines) that articulate the brand's value proposition through engaging narratives. - Campaign Deployment:Assist in the execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital (social media posting, email drafts) and traditional channels. - Brand Guardianship:Understand and apply strictBrand Understandingguidelines, ensuring all communication adheres to the established brand voice and visual identity. III. Quality & Performance Discipline - QA/QC Training:Implement meticulous quality assurance (QA) and quality control (QC) checks on all communication drafts and materials before launch, ensuring accuracy, grammatical correctness, and compliance. - Performance Tracking:Help track, measure, and analyze basic campaign performance metrics, assisting in preparing concise reports for optimization. Work Details: - Working Days:Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays - Timings:10:00 AM 6:00 PM Required Skills & Mindset: - Education:Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or a related field. - Experience:0 to 1 year of prior internship or relevant project experience is a plus, but a strong learning mindset is key. - Demonstrated Core Skills (Essential): - High level ofCreativityand a drive to generate fresh ideas. - Strong foundational writing andStorytelling skills. - Willingness to learn generalMarketing principlesand campaign basics. - A keen eye for detail (Meticulous attention to detail for QA and QC). - Interest inMarket Analysis understandingand consumer behavior. - Desire to learn aboutMarketing strategy building of the brands.
