Role Overview We are looking for an SEO Executive (Backlinks / Off-Page Specialist) who will focus on building high-quality backlinks, executing off-page SEO strategies, and improving website authority. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of link-building techniques, outreach strategies, and experience in handling multiple SEO projects to deliver measurable results. Key Responsibilities - Develop and implement effective off-page SEO strategies to increase domain authority and rankings. - Plan and execute backlink-building campaigns (guest posting, blogger outreach, business listings, forums, PR submissions, etc.). - Research and identify potential link opportunities from relevant, high-authority domains. - Monitor backlink profiles, identify toxic links, and take corrective actions (disavow, cleanup). - Collaborate with the content team for SEO-friendly content outreach and link placements. - Track and report off-page SEO performance using tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, and Google Search Console. - Stay updated with Google algorithm updates and adapt off-page strategies accordingly. - Ensure compliance with white-hat SEO practices to achieve long-term results. Requirements - Proven experience (25 years) in backlink building and off-page SEO activities. - Strong understanding of SEO ranking factors, Google algorithms, and domain authority building. - Proficiency in SEO tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Majestic, Screaming Frog, etc. - Knowledge of outreach strategies, guest posting, and influencer collaborations. - Basic understanding of on-page SEO to complement off-page efforts. - Strong communication and research skills for identifying link-building opportunities. - Ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
