Job Title: Personal Loan Tele Sales Executive

Location: Noida

Job Summary:

The Personal Loan Sales Executive is responsible for driving the sales of personal loan products by identifying potential clients, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable loan solutions. The role involves achieving sales targets, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational policies. The candidate will work closely with clients, branch teams, and management to maximize loan disbursements and contribute to business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:

Identify and develop new business opportunities through referrals, cold calling, telemarketing.

Follow up on leads provided by the organization to convert them into sales.

Client Engagement and Consultation:

Engage with prospective clients to understand their financial needs and recommend appropriate personal loan products.

Brief customers on loan products, eligibility criteria, interest rates, and documentation requirements.

Assist clients in completing loan applications and preparing necessary documentation.

Sales and Target Achievement:

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for personal loan disbursements.

Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and meet productivity norms.

Cross-sell other financial products (e.g., secured loans, insurance) to enhance customer portfolios.

Documentation and Compliance:

Ensure accurate and timely submission of loan applications and supporting documents.

Verify customer documents for compliance with organizational and regulatory guidelines (e.g., RBI regulations).

Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities and client interactions.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Manage relationships with aggregators, channel partners, and bank branches to drive sales.

Handle customer queries and resolve escalated issues promptly.

Qualifications: Graduation

Experience: Minimum 0-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in personal loans, banking, or financial services (for executive roles).

Freshers are welcomed.

Prior experience in NBFCs or banks dealing with personal loans, home loans, or unsecured loans is preferred.

Skills:

Good communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and negotiations.

Strong sales and marketing skills with a proven track record of meeting targets.

Analytical skills to assess client financial eligibility and repayment capacity.

Knowledge of personal loan products, financial regulations in India.

Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work under pressure.

Basic in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages is a plus.

Other Requirements:

Strong ethics and adherence to compliance guidelines.

Salary and Benefits:

Salary: 15,000 - 20,000 per month for entry-level roles; Additional incentives and commissions based on sales performance.
